Privacy Policy

This page sets out how this website handles visit data. It covers what is measured, when measurement happens, and how outbound links to other sites work.

Measurement

A first-party visit beacon runs only when a visitor arrives from a search engine. It records the page path, the type of event, the name of the referring search engine, and the text of a clicked outbound button. This information is used for counting page views and outbound button clicks.

  • Triggered on arrival from a search engine
  • Captures path, event type, referring search engine name, and button text
  • Feeds a simple count of views and clicks

Session Flag

A session view flag is kept in the browser for the current browsing session. Its purpose is narrow: making sure a single page view is only counted once while that session lasts.

  • Lives only for the current session
  • Exists solely to prevent duplicate counting of one page view

Page Delivery

Every page on this site is self-contained, with locally embedded fonts and no external subresources loaded from other domains. Static hosting on a content delivery network serves these files, and the delivery network processes the technical details of each request in its role as the hosting provider.

  • Self-contained pages: no outside files are pulled in while a page is shown
  • Locally embedded fonts: text rendering does not depend on a third-party font service
  • Content delivery network: handles request-level technical processing as the host

Outbound Links

Outbound links to third-party sites on this site use a first-party outbound redirect: the link first points to a path on this domain, then forwards the visitor to the partner site. The partner site receives the request directly from the visitor's browser once the redirect completes and keeps its own separate record of that visit.

  • First-party outbound redirect: the click passes through this domain before leaving it
  • The destination site's own practices apply once the visitor lands there

What Is Not Present

There are no forms anywhere on this site, no third-party analytics tools, no external subresources loaded into pages, and no contact channels of any kind. These absences are why the site has nothing to ask consent for and nothing to attach to an account: there is no form field to fill in, no analytics vendor receiving a copy of activity, no outside script or asset loading alongside the content, and no address or channel through which a visitor could send personal details in the first place. Anyone reading this page should treat it strictly as a description of how this site itself is built and measured, separate from whatever a linked partner site chooses to do once a visitor arrives there.
